CNC Offset Calculator.  - missing part of CAD/CAM systems

CNC Offset Calculator is a program that automates set up process on CNC horizontal and vertical machining centers. It's purpose is to save time, improve set up accuracy, save highly skilled labor. How? You do most of your set up work in the office while the machine is running. You enter offset positions on the workpiece in the CNCOffsetCalculator and the machine operator measures one offset and the machine calculates the rest dynamically when it runs.
You can print CNC code in G10 format or using system variables. You can print actual offset coordinates into Excel, you can use dxf files to import drawings including offset positions, you can insert the CNC code into your machining program automatically, no copy/paste necessary.

CNC Offset Calculator ver 7.4.
New user interface, offset coordinates shown relative to Primary offset or absolute in machine frame, drawing capabilities improved, easy drawing and editing, swapping axis in design mode, layer editing simplified. Printing enabled. New help file. Free download for testing and evaluation.

CNC Offset Calculator Ultra LT ver 1.0
Calculate offset coordinates from zero machine frame or from centre of machine table. No variables, no CNC postprocessor, no CNC code, just true machine coordinates - and can be printed into MS Excel. Free download fro testing and evaluation (including help file).

  CNC Scan

Application software which reads CNC part programs and prints tools and information required for set up sheet or database update.
You can print set up sheet from your CNC part programs directly into MS Excel. Make a tool table, tool list or part table - building elements of a database.

Hobby software
  • Aeroplot - ver 4.5.0 (built 20th May 2012) is a program for reading airfoil dat coordinate files. The airfoil is drawn on the screen. You can scale it, offset, modify camber and thickness, combine sections, save it as a new .dat file and make a dxf file for AutoCAD (any version post R11). You can open any number of .dat files (limit is your PC memory), edit color, name, make your own section combined from selected upper and lower sections, etc.
  • WinLotto - a game simulating most lottery games. You can check your chances to win without spending money. Statistics on winning numbers, drawn numbers, money bet and won are included. Free for download.
  • Cube2Globe - a program calculating sections to make a globe from a given cube size.

       All hobby software is freeware.
