You can download a demo version of CNC Offset Calculator for unlimited time. Demo version allows you to see and test all the features of the program except of generating full CNC code for offsets, saving and inserting the program into your CNC machining part program. The demo program will not calculate machining positions and positions from centre of the table.

  Notes: Use Win Zip program to extract the files - do not forget to check the "Use folder names" box. The extracted files are: OffsetCalc.exe, CNCOffsetCalc_help.chm, ReadMe.txt, Agreement and two sub folders ...\Data with machine properties samples (*.mcd) and ...\Samples with some sample offsets   (*.ofs files).

  • First time you run the program there will be "Default" properties loaded. You can edit them to suit your machining center or use one of the properties included in the \Data folder as examples for testing. (Click MC Setup ->Prop.List tab and Load button.) If you modified the properties, save them (Save button or Save As button). Next time you open the CNCOffsetCalculator, the same set of properties will be loaded automatically.

     To run, move and uninstall the program :
  • Double click CNC Offset Calc.exe to run the program.
  • If you wish to move the program to some other location, you have to move all the files and subdirectories together.
  • To uninstall the program, installed from zip version, simply delete the directory with all the files and subdirectories. If you installed the program from setup version, than run Uninstall program from Start->Settings->Control Panel->Add/Remove Programs.
  • If you installed the program from zip version you can delete registry keys: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\CNCOffsetCalc.
     If you have problems running the program after installation :
  • After starting the program a message "File ... missing or corrupted" appears. Check if the specified file is installed in the same directory as the OffsetCalc.exe file. If it is missing, check if it is not misplaced somewhere else. This would happen only if you moved the OffsetCalc.exe file without other files from the directory.
  • Help files do not appear. Check if the file CNCOffsetCalculator_help.chm file is in same directory as OffsetCalc.exe.
